Affordable Refuse and Recycling, Inc. is a full service refuse hauler located just off the Washington D.C. Beltway in Upper Marlboro, MD. We have serviced Maryland and D.C. since 1994. Affordable Refuse is locally owned and operated. We offer Commercial, Residential and Roll Off services.
